Work with your own contractors or have DSDC assist in the selection of the right contractor or subcontractor, we will ensure transparency and accountability to safeguard your interests and at the same time protect our integrity and reputation. Maintaining professionalism and communication is always a priority for us, as we seek to build long lasting relationships with both our clients, contractors and service providers.

Most management fees are 15% to 20% which are based on the overall cost of the property, this fee is 100% wavied by DSDC, who assigned as the property owner agent, will take full responsibility for all expenses payable and for necessary purchasing, this will give comfort to the property owner as we guarantee no overruns, and ensure the agreed project specifications based on the contract. DSDC takes full responsibility for the quality of work regardless of who is the contractor or subcontractor and irrespective of the deadline.

Turnkey Construction with No Service Charge

Why should you make DSDC your first stop?

When considering building, ‘one-stop professional service’ offerings (whereby a project is taken from its conceptual stages through to its completion) are almost always the preferrerd choice. This is also referred to as an EPCM Contract (Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Management). We are affiliated with a number of Specialist Contractors, Sub-Contractors, Consultants and Service Providers, who all form part of the EPCM Project Team and represent our clients at no cost. The client however, only has one point of contact namely, DSDC, who is appointed as the ‘Main Contractor’ and is contractually responsible for the successful completion of the project. The Contract usually stipulates a fixed price, or pre-determined pricing structure for the project to be delivered as an all-inclusive package.
